LASER LABELS
The minimum run of custom laser labels we can supply is 1,500 sheets. This is in comparison to most suppliers who require orders of 5,000 sheets and over. The smaller the label on the sheet, the more expensive the cutter if needed (we will always try to locate a cutter of the right size or within accepatable limits ). Laser labels can be supplied plain or printed, but can be expensive if smaller quantities are required printed. Turnround time for custom laser labels is usually between 10 to 21 working days.
ROLL LABELS
When supplying roll labels we need to know if these labels are going to be used in a thermal label printer, and if so, the make and model. we also need to know the inside core diameter required (25mm, 44mm, 76mm etc.)and maximum outside diameter of the roll or number of labels per roll. Roll labels can be supplied in a huge range of materials and adhesives, and some are more suitable for overprinting than others, if in doubt, please call labelman on 01691 679333 or fax on 01691 679444, we will be pleased to help. As regards minimum runs, this depends on the size and type of labels needed, again please call. Turnround time for roll labels is usually between 10 to 15 working days.
TRACTOR FEED (FANFOLD) LABELS
The size of these labels is often limited by the type of printer you use. Some printers have fixed tractor feed widths i.e. the tractor holes have to be a fixed width apart, regardless of the label size. Also some high speed printers require a heavier backing paper than low speed printers, please specify when enquiring.
